Wellbeing
Amber Law promotes the various pathways for wellbeing. Many people take care of their physical bodies spending hours at the local gym, but do not invest much time in taking care of their emotional needs or mental health which are just as (if not more) important. Just like we take our cars to the MOT centre for a ‘full service’, it is highly recommended that you take yourself, in body, mind and spirit, to an annual MOT!
